Action Learning

We believe in learning in the situation. Our processes are therefore designed to reflect while in the implementation. Practice therefore informs the reflection while the reflection informs practice. We work with organisational leaders to incorporate times for corporate reflection and learning. By providing leaders with individual professional coaches, we also assist the process of implementation of learning in the work place. Theory informs practice and practice informs theory. All our processes use case studies which are actual situations that the participants are facing in their lives and workplaces. This ensures that the learning is contextualized and practical. We encourage the use of questions to challenge the dominant assumptions in the collective thinking of the organisation or of specific teams and individuals. Through one on one coaching as well as group webinars, we seek to accompany the participants in the uncomfortable process of ‘unlearning’ which is a core ingredient of action learning.
